Feb 19 - 30 min run. 10 min elliptical.
Feb 20 - Lake Fayetteville run (5.5 mi)
Feb 21 - Nothing. Played catch...
Feb 22 - Lake Fayetteville run. Frisbee. Flag Football (blister pop ewww).
Feb 23 - Lower body workout DVD, A-list magazine workout. all strength no cardio.
Feb 24 - Nothing. WENT SHOPPING! :)
Feb 25 - Super hardcore spot reduction workout.
Feb 26 - Lake fayetteville run. Super fast.

I woke up this morning and my legs are totally ripppppped!!! Too bad I still totally have cellulite on my rear.
