Jan 23- Bikini Blast Cardio workout.
Jan 24- 3.3 Miles Rolling hills workout on treadmill.
Jan 25- Bikini Blast w/ cardio again.
Jan 26- Bikini wirkout withOUT the cardio. played a little softball.
Jan 27- 7 miles 61 minutes run on treadmill cuz I'm awesome.
Jan 28- I took the day off. Except I did a stretching series with Brandy.
It's a shame I haven't lost any weight, though.
